West Elm Workshop, Charlotte, NC

We're excited to partner with West Elm and Studio Choo for a special flower workshop this Saturday, just in time for Mother's Day!  Come out to the class and make a jar of pretty for your momma!  Or better yet, bring your mom and make it an experience.  I know she loves hanging out with you.  Call West Elm to reserve your seat!  (704) 333-0642.

See you Saturday!

P.S. This handsome guy is going to be at Antiques on Howard in Boone with flowers for my Boone friends!  I feel really compelled to hashtag "myhusbandisawesome" right now.  But this is not instagram.

Oh, and click to see a fun "flower recipe" from Studio Choo!

Pink Room Documentary Screening

This sweet girl is Kayla, my sister, and she has a heart for the girl who has resorted to sexual slavery as a way to provide money for her family's survival.

Kayla has been working with Agape International to be a host for one of six screenings of "The Pink Room," a documentary about several girls' journey to freedom.  The screening was last month and the response from the community was outstanding.  So many gave to help fund the restoration projects and left with pink roses, each representing a girl who had been enslaved.  Those girls are such beauties in the Lord's eyes, just like these sweet, fragrant flowers!

The Pink Room focuses on the situation in Cambodia, but it's a worldwide problem, even in the states.  To learn more about the project and what you can do to get involved, click here.
